Cooking classes are offered in-house at the company kitchen. The number of employees depends on kitchen size and facilities. Recipes are easy to make, healthy and take less than 60 minutes to fully prepare for lunch. All ingredients, utensils (when not already at the company) and individual task cards are provided. Recipes and nutrition profile are given to all participants to recreate at home.

Fitness Classes

Before work or lunchtime fitness classes for greater productivity and healthier employees.

Fitness classes are suitable for all fitness levels as each exercise can be performed with multiple levels of difficulty. Classes are 30-45 minutes in length so employees can take part during the lunch break or before work. Employees will need to bring a towel, appropriate sports clothes and water. Fitness classes are a mix of cardio and full-body strength training using bodyweight exercises, bands and weights. Can be performed inside at the company or outside at a nearby park or appropriate training facility.

Nutrition Health Consultations

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly health consultations.

Nutrition Consulting is a 1 on 1 time to help the employee with their health and fitness goals.
