All health and fitness packages are put together to ensure you have the greatest chance of success
All health and fitness packages require a minimum of 3-month commitment. Why 3 months minimum? Because progress takes time. Motivation will get you started but good habits will keep you going.
How do you build these good habits? By analyzing your lifestyle, mindset, stressors and continually putting good practices into place with a good support network. This is why I only work with people truly ready to commit to their goals who are ready and open to making changes.
If you can commit to making positive changes for a minimum of 3 months, I know you are serious about your health and fitness goals and this means together we can develop an excellent working relationship to give you the results you want.
You can pay upfront or monthly and after the first 3 months, you can cancel or continue as you wish.

After this, I will take you through your personal fitness plan for you to be able to continually progress towards your goal.

Tennis is one of the few sports you can play all year round in every country for life. Learning tennis as an adult is an amazing challenge for the mind and body. If you have never played tennis, played as a kid, or would like to improve your shots/ technique/ tactics I can help you through every stage to help you reach your greatest enjoyment from tennis.
Tennis is technical, tactical, mental and physical. It can be played outdoor, indoor, on different surfaces with different balls, racquets, shots, spins, strings and opponents. It is one of the only sports of its kind which is why it is such a fantastic challenge and why people become addicted to its highs. Hitting a clean forehand winner, or a sneaky dropshot or developing the skills to hit 10 balls over the net in a row are wonderful feelings of such an amazing sport.

Being able to self analyse and self-correct is the most powerful tool you can have to help you mentally in a match.
